Join our Rally for Public Services!

On Saturday, March 20 at 1:15 p.m., activists from across our Region will join in Auburn with their union brothers and sisters in Cayuga County for a march and rally in support of public services.  We will meet outside the Holiday Inn in Auburn and march to the County Office Building, where we will rally in support of the public services our members provide every day, which largely get taken for granted.

We need to remind Cayuga County's Legislature who our members are, what they do, and why it matters, after they recently voted to privatize their Certified Home Health Agency, and are reportedly looking into privatizing their cleaners and the County Nursing Home. CSEA members in the County have also been working for more than a year under an expired contract.
